The room and balcony were very comfortable and clean, with a fridge and a private entrance; the occasional chicken noise was tolerable even for a light sleeper, and staff were quick to respond and friendly. We could park our scooter right in front of the property, though you’ll need a scooter to move around, yet the spot is still convenient for reaching the beach and restaurants.

The host was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make my solo trip to Bali memorable. I have nothing but praise—hot water and AC are reliable, no bugs in the room, and the balcony view is amazing. I just wish I could have stayed longer!

The price of this place is literally a big advantage. The only drawback is the building next to the hostel, where a lot of chickens died in the middle of the night; between 00h and 5h30 you hear them screaming all night, which makes it hard to sleep.
The spot is great for tours, Pepito's market, local eateries, groceries, a money exchange, and the beach, and the WiFi works fine. We enjoyed a nice terrace, the AC was fine, and hot water was available. The only downside was the roosters nearby—they’re loud all day but quiet for a few hours at night, which didn’t bother me.
