The location is fine. In my opinion, it’s expensive for the quality of services offered. The facilities are outdated. The room carpet had stains and didn’t look clean, the same was true for the hallways.

The location is great. The maintenance is poor. The spaces are very small, especially the bathroom.

Security: our room had a door‑lock issue that wouldn’t close, but maintenance arrived quickly and fixed it, which made us feel safer. Front desk staff were present even at night (we arrived late from a concert in an Uber, everything was very calm). The location is less than 10 minutes from Reforma Avenue. The Hamburg metrobus station is close, and you can go to Chapultepec, the Museum of Anthropology, and more. There are many restaurants and cafés nearby, all tasty and reasonably priced. Facilities: although the hotel is old, the amenities are well maintained. The shower has good water pressure and hot water, the room is clean and comes with a iron, safe, bottled water, soaps, a closet, and a bureau. No negative points. This visit was very calm and safe. There is no air conditioning, but there is a floor fan. It didn’t bother us, but in hot season it might not be ideal.

The location is good; even though it’s near Paseo de la Reforma, street noise is not audible, and the rooms are well insulated. The breakfast portions and taste were very good! The hotel is old but well preserved. The room is very small and gets too hot inside; the fan they provide doesn’t offset the temperature. The shower looked fine, but the water pressure is very low, so practically no water comes out. Before checking in, they require a deposit of $500.00 pesos for possible “damages” and warn that if you dirty a towel or sheet, they will charge you. That felt very rude.

The hotel itself is pretty nice and the location is great, and everything else was fine.
