Radisson Blu Hotel, Sakarya

“Ein Hotel, in das wir gerne wiederkommen – diesmal leider mit Abstrichen bei der Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals.”

We stay here often when visiting the area, especially enjoying the very comfortable beds, nice ambience, and the abundant, well-presented breakfast; this time, however, the response to our request to have our luggage brought to the room disappointed us, as the staff seemed unmotivated and even annoyed, which is unlike our previous experiences.

“كانت اقامه جميله وهادئه”

I love staying at the Radisson Blu in Turkey because of its price, breakfast, comfort, and service, but the service quality could use improvement.

The location is quiet, the staff are helpful, and the breakfast is excellent with plenty of tasty options; for those with a car, the hotel is close to tourist spots.

The place was tidy, the staff very polite, helpful, and especially friendly to children.

The price is good. The location is not.
