The hosts were very nice. It was a beautiful, peaceful spot for us, and the conversations were pleasant; we felt truly welcome with our two dogs.

We’ve traveled and lived abroad, staying in many lovely quiet places, never chasing luxury but this was an escape. From the moment you step through the garden gate, past the lily pond, and open the door, you’re in a little French provincial retreat. The stay was too short—just one trip to the nearby bakery a few minutes away.
