The room wasn’t very clean, the floors looked dirty, and the worst part was finding band‑aid wrappers in the ice bucket right when we entered.

I appreciated the spacious dining and lounge areas, which made it easy to relax outside the room while others were getting ready or feeling nervous, and I liked how the hotel gave equal attention to handicap visitors and safety features, but the pool was a bit small and the breakfast needed to be hotter.
