The location near the Vatican and historic centers was perfect, and the place was clean. The downside was the hot water heater in bathroom 102 being noisy and disturbing other guests.

The spot was great, we could walk to several places or hop on public transport, and we never got lost; nearby spots had plenty of food options. The only downside was the lack of chairs and the TV being smack in the middle of the room—its placement was awful, and we hit our heads on the TV stand twice.

I was thrilled by how close the hotel is to everything and how spotless it was—no complaints at all.

We stayed there for 5 days and never saw any staff. As international travelers with many questions about the city, we got no help from the hotel—so bad.

Es war sauber, modern und gut eingerichtet. Der Lärm: extrem hellhörig. Wenn unten die Tür zugeht, steht man senkrecht im Bett. Wenn jemand in die anderen Zimmer geht, steht man senkrecht im Bett. Am Schlimmsten ist aber, dass der zentrale Wasserboiler für alle Zimmer im Bad ist und man nur durch eine dünne Schiebetür getrennt ist. D.h. Immer wenn dich jemand in den anderen Zimmern die Hände wäscht oder duscht etc. dröhnt der Lärm des Boilers so laut wie ein kaputtes , im Leerlauf stehendes Mofa, durch das Zimmer und man schreckt immer wieder hoch. Meistens mitten in der Nacht
