Home 12

“Marina and Tamuna made our stay in their apartment truly memorable . They could not do enough for us during our stay .”

The stay was traditional, the owners were very friendly, and the breakfast at home was amazing. Everything was fantastic.

“С женой гостили в этом чудесном доме чуть больше недели. Остались в полном восторге!”

The interior always felt cozy and calm, with incredibly tasty breakfasts and a spotless room. The location is very convenient, literally within walking distance of everything, and the metro is right nearby. The surrounding area has a well‑developed infrastructure: shops, pharmacies, and restaurants with excellent food. I especially want to thank the host, Marina, for her hospitality and kindness. We definitely plan to stay here again.

A great place, highly recommended—excellent host and fantastic breakfasts. We had a late checkout and were allowed to stay longer. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

“Private and quiet location with big breakfast and cozy atmosphere”

"Home 12" is a small place with only four rooms, and I was the sole guest for three days. The location is central, quiet, and the host lady was very attentive. Each morning she prepared a breakfast with daily variations, accompanied by 1950s and 1960s music played on LPs. There’s also a balcony to relax, which was perfect for the warm weather in Tbilisi. In short, "Home 12" is a special, friendly, welcoming spot with a cozy atmosphere—definitely recommended! By the way, I even received a gift at the end of my stay.

A wonderful house, wonderful host Marina! The nights are quiet, the location is convenient, and the interior is authentically cozy. The breakfasts are excellent. Everything needed for a comfortable stay is there. Marina is very pleasant, kind, open, and caring. If I ever return to Tbilisi, I’ll choose this place without hesitation. Didi Madloba!
