“Muy cerca del centro pero pueden haber mejores opciones.”

The hotel’s proximity to the historic center is convenient, and they’re quick to provide extras like a clothes iron and a taxi. The shower head was clogged, and the front desk was often empty. We even saw cockroaches, and the pillows smelled damp. They kept calling us to check out far earlier than we’d agreed and threatened to charge an extra night if we didn’t leave promptly. There’s no system for tracking cars, so they keep knocking on every door to see who owns each vehicle.

“Exelente ubicacion, precio y finísima atencion de su personal”

We had a fantastic stay; the staff was friendly and reliable, and we’ll definitely return to Oaxaca and book again at Casa de Las Flores Hotel. The location is superb, just minutes from Cerro del Fortín, and we walked to the Church of Santo Domingo and the historic center. 10/10.

Super close to the center, and the hotel offers parking inside—an oddity in Oaxaca that lets you see your car from your room.
