Mr. İsmail, who serves as both owner and employee, is very helpful and hospitable in every matter. The hotel’s location is awful; we never felt safe outside the premises. The hotel was not clean, still under renovation. On the first night we saw a bed bug in our room, which was very distressing, but Mr. İsmail handled it promptly. There was no tea or coffee in the rooms, but Mr. İsmail tried to provide them in the common area.

“Sanliurfa”

A lovely room in an inner courtyard. Quiet and relaxing. Ismael was very welcoming and proactive in answering our questions and needs (airport transport, excursions). Breakfasts were delicious and typical of the region. The hotel is within walking distance of the main sights. Highly recommended.

“People very nice. Not much English.”

The staff were very friendly and helpful, but I was a little disappointed with the breakfast, the room, and the location.
