Not worth it. The building was poorly built, the linen quality was bad, and the cleanliness was extremely poor.

It was cheap, and a young staff member, despite barely speaking English, tried his best. The place was very dirty, especially the bathroom: the toilet seat fell off in my hand, the toilet wasn’t cleaned, and there was no toilet paper. The bed linen was grey, worn, and its cleanliness was questionable. I didn’t even look at the pillows. This hotel probably shouldn’t be recommended.

Nothing good, all pathetic. The location was bad, there was nothing to see, and it was a lonely place with too many insects. I couldn’t sleep even one night.

The hotel was clean and the staff were helpful. Pest control needs to be improved; there were a lot of mosquitoes.

“Uncomfortable stay”

The location is a plus if you’re in Kolkata for work and need to be near the airport. The bed sheets were unclean, old, and the towel was dirty. The quilt was old, had holes, and its white color had turned greyish from wear. Service was slow, especially for tea or other requests. The lack of a clean quilt forced us to stay with only one sheet for the winter night, which made us sick the next morning. Management was lacking, making the stay uncomfortable and inconvenient. You must pay the full amount upon arrival—payment before service. The restaurant was non‑functional, so we had to order from Swiggy. The hotel really needs to improve its management skills to make guests comfortable, or its survival in a competitive market will be bleak. This is my honest review so the hotel can use it constructively for its benefit and that of future guests.
