The location was perfect for accessing monuments and strolling around the city centre. The reception was very friendly in French, and availability and politeness were offered in several languages.

The location was exceptional, the cleanliness and staff—especially the front‑desk guy—were very friendly, and there was nothing to complain about.

Everithing was perfect. The location is wonderful, right in the heart of Sofia. As four adults, we really appreciated having two separate bedrooms and two separate bathrooms. The cleanliness was outstanding, so please keep up the great work! The parking was also a big plus for us, as we were traveling by car, even though it was a little further away. All in all, it was a wonderful experience. Thank you very much for everything!
