The spot is right next to Phuket Old Town, and the hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and overall nice. I had a bit of trouble locating the staff at times, but aside from that, everything worked well and I’d gladly return if I want to stay near the town.

The location is convenient, but the air conditioner in the entrance area isn’t used, making it a bit hot.

It offered good value for money, was clean, close to town, and felt safe. However, I felt uneasy when no one was at reception during the night.
