Best Western Plus Arlington North Hotel & Suites

“Nice place to stay!!!”

The staff were great, the rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. We were close to all the attractions we visited, like the Cowboys game and Six Flags. We’ll definitely come back next year!

“Wouldn’t recommend staying here, a waste of time and money.”

There was absolutely nothing good about it: the front‑desk staff were rude, the room wasn’t clean, and overall the hotel service was awful. The location itself was great and right in the middle of the city, but the hotel was terrible.

“It was OK for the price”

The hotel’s proximity to AT&T Stadium was a big plus, but the room’s odor at check‑in was off-putting, and I noticed stains on the couch and an old carpet.

“Okay”

The location and amenities were convenient, yet I found mold on the bathroom shower ceiling, and the housekeeper barged in while I slept; on my second night she left a cleaning gel in the bathroom and a young Spanish‑speaking clerk accused me of taking it, questioning me despite my clear explanation; parking was also insufficient for the number of guests.

The room was spotless thanks to the house‑keeping ladies, but I wasn’t entirely satisfied with everything I saw in the room.
