Nothing to like about it; the rooms were very dirty with dust, the bathroom was filthy, and the bed sheets hadn’t been changed before we checked in. They claimed hot water was available, but when I asked they said it was only from 7 am to 9 am, and even then we didn’t get any hot water. It was a terrible experience in Madurai, and I can’t understand how a booking platform would list such a hotel.

No hot water, no cleaning, and a bad smell in the room; the lift was broken, and they didn’t provide a water bottle, brush, or paste.
