I loved the peace and comfort of having my own room, and I felt safe knowing my car was secure overnight. Nothing at all!

The garden was very private and tranquil, the place was neat and the room comfortable, but the sink in the kitchenette was a problem.
The bed linen was clean, but the shower had a rusted basket, the toilet lid was loose, the toilet key was leaking at the base so the bathroom stayed wet, the bedroom fridge was too loud so I turned it off, there were no hooks in the bathroom for towels, I stayed only one night of the planned two and left – I won’t stay there again.
The location was convenient, but the wood‑fire hot tub we were excited about was not available because the cover had been burned by previous guests and would not be replaced. We found hair on our bedsheets, unsure if they had been changed since the last stay, and the floors were not swept.

The place felt cosy and cute, everything was within reach, the kitchen was lovely for cooking and the owner was very friendly – thanks Johan, though the cleaning staff played music from their phones during breakfast time.
