“Tranquilo”
The location was good, the interior design pleasing, the staff friendly, and the security solid. However, everything was generally dirty: the bathrooms were filthy with hair as if they hadn’t been washed, the terrace felt dusty, and even the hanging chair seats were very dirty.
“Una “casa sull’albero” pulita nell’elegante cuore di Condesa”
The room had trees outside the windows, was clean and comfortable, and featured a large vestibule at the entrance for luggage. The location was in a quiet, green neighborhood. The bathroom might have been a bit small.
“Excellent place to discover the diversity that Mexico City has to offer!”
Breakfast was served on the roof terrace, and the location was super convenient in a beautiful part of Mexico City. Nothing else to note.

The location was great and the room lovely, but the rooms weren’t well insulated against noise.
“Très mauvaise expérience”
The spot was ideal in La Condesa, with pretty décor. This was my second stay and I won’t return. The first time I had a nice street‑side room and I remembered it well, but this time I was very dissatisfied. We got a tiny room on a courtyard, dark, with unbearable closeness (both audible and visual, with a view‑to‑view one meter from the room across), worsened by the old neighbors next door who we heard coughing and vomiting in their bathroom. We asked for a room change but were denied. At night our neighbors fought loudly in the middle of the night; we heard shouting and slapping, and the husband finally sat on the landing and our own door for over an hour before leaving when I told him not to stay there. Casa Decu offered no commercial gesture and barely apologized when we shortened our stay and switched hotels.
