The place was the dirtiest, smelliest dump I’ve ever been to, with everyone looking like drug addicts; drinking and partying are normal and it’s loud. The manager or owner is crazy, mean, and rude, so I wouldn’t recommend this place even to my worst enemy.

The location is great and walkable to restaurants and other spots, with good parking and strong free Wi‑Fi. The independent owner is nice, rooms are ultra‑clean, showers are hot, AC is cold, and overall it’s a great place. All the photos on the site are accurate. Nothing negative; I stay at 2‑3 hotels a week and this one was excellent.

I only stayed one night, but the fridge and microwave were in good working order. The lighting was poor, and the room was bare‑bones with a very worn, dated bathroom.
