Erta Hotel and Restaurant

“Beautiful hotel, but the staff need to improve their hospitality and fairness.”

We were disappointed with breakfast: although it was included, we felt treated worse than local guests; we waited about 30 minutes while later arrivals already got omelettes, and we only received drinks, even the coffee was a sachet cappuccino while others got proper machine coffee. Traveling with young kids, we left hungry and the staff seemed surprised when we left without breakfast. It ruined our morning and messed up our plans, so despite the modern hotel, we wouldn’t stay again.

“Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder”

The place was very clean, newly renovated, tastefully decorated, and the staff were helpful and friendly; everyone spoke good English and breakfast was super tasty. The scenery around was beautiful. The only downside was the lack of an elevator, but the staff helped with luggage without being asked.

“Super 👌”

Vieta Erta hotel is great, rooms have a nice scent👌. The town itself is just okay, but the hotel is good.

מקום מאוד מוקפד ומטופח. הפריע לי שלא צויין שזה בקומה שלישית בלי מעלית. וגם המוזיקה הרועשת בבוקר בזמן ארוחת הבוקר

“Fantastisch”

The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, and the terrace offered a beautiful view. It’s definitely worth staying here. Everything was very clean and hygienic, with the cleaning lady keeping everything in top shape all the time.
