The location and staff were fine, but the so‑called suites had horrible ACs that couldn’t cool the room all day in summer, making you sweat. Pick a smaller room on the ground floor if you can.

“Not Worth the Price”

Every staff member were greeting people with "Ram Ram" and that's very positive and the only thing I liked. High Price, Lowest Value: The cost was very high for the poor quality of the facilities and service. Misleading Information: The staff lied about the hotel being fully booked to deny a better room view. Lack of Facilities: The advertised spa was not operational. Unreliable Services: There were frequent and prolonged power cuts, and the generator was not working. Poor Food Service: The included buffet breakfast was not provided, and the food from the a la carte menu was disappointing. Hygiene Concerns: The water bottles in the room appeared to be refilled. Unprofessional Staff: While polite, the staff lacked the necessary experience to run a professional hotel and manage basic issues
