The Spark by Hilton Ponce features an outdoor pool, hot tub, and children's pool in Mercedita, Ponce. Spacious air-conditioned rooms with carpeted floors offer free Wi-Fi, coffee facilities, and cable TV. A gym is on site. La Guancha Boardwalk and Beach is 3 miles away, Costa Caribe Golf Course is 4 miles away, and Serralles Castle and Museum is 5 miles from the hotel.

Everything was perfect, the food was exquisite, except the ice machine was off for a moment and there was no ice.

The location is very good, close to everything, and the parking is convenient. The room was very comfortable and had amenities like a iron with ironing board, a fridge, a microwave (not common), and even a blower. The soap, the cream with a rich scent, and the overall product quality were really good. The pool was super comfortable and even had a service so people with disabilities could enjoy it. I used the gym and it was great. The ice machines were available, the coffee area had a wide selection (even syrups), and the hot coffee was delicious at any time. I can't stop mentioning the excellent staff and the buffet-style breakfast that was incredibly tasty. All in all, we would definitely come back.

The reception process was fine, but the room was somewhat cold and I couldn't control the air conditioning.
