“Lousy”

I had a terrible stay; the hotel was filthy and I think it should be shut down.

The room was spacious and the desk was useful, but the TV remote was broken.

I found absolutely nothing to like, and everything was a disappointment.

“I did not stay and because I went through booking.com, I did not get a refund. My other friends were refunded by the hot”

I disliked everything about the place and felt it shouldn't be marketed as a hotel since it looks more like apartments; the entire property was uncomfortable, and three of my friends had to leave their rooms because the smoke smell was awful.
