“Impressive Chinatown 5 STAR”

I was really impressed with the hotel’s location right next to Maxwell Food Centre in Chinatown, within walking distance of buses, the underground, and many attractions. Restaurants, bars, bakeries, 7‑11s, and street markets surround the hotel in every direction. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, especially Nicole who stored our luggage early and guided us around. Light breakfast pastries are offered, and the lobby has all‑day snacks, sweet and savory. Guests can use a laundry room with washer and dryer. The bed was comfortable. We stayed in a corner room that felt noticeably larger than the standard room. The only downside is that no windows open, and occasionally the underground train can be heard as a distant noise.

“Great location & amenities”

The location is great – everything you need is within a 5‑minute walk. Snacks and drinks are free downstairs, including free‑flow wine from 5‑6 pm. I love the pillows. The only issue is a bit of noise from the underground MRT; it’s not a big deal, but it feels like an airport is nearby.
