The location was good, but the pool water was cold.

They had two kids’ pools, which was awesome. However, the receptionist was very rude and unhelpful, and the room he gave us had a malfunctioning air conditioner, so my family and I had a bad night. He also told us there was no cook and we couldn’t use the restaurant, so we had to scramble to find something to eat. The place is a bit far from the center, but there was an OXO next door that saved us.

The service was excellent and the reception staff were very attentive. The only issue was that the doors lacked maintenance, letting some small animals in; otherwise, everything was fine.
