The location was fine, but the host’s service was terrible: they didn’t help with access to common areas, gave vague directions to the apartment, provided incorrect Wi‑Fi details, and didn’t respond in time.

The rooftop pool is a real highlight and it’s only a five‑minute walk from the National Museum, which was super convenient. On the downside, the hotel is set a bit out of the main area and the neighborhood didn’t feel very safe once night fell.

The rooms felt really modern and spotless, and the little gym on site was a nice perk for a quick workout. Everything was tidy and up‑to‑date, which made the stay pretty pleasant.

Getting a whole apartment to yourself was great – it was spacious, had a balcony with a nice view, and the building offered a pool and a gym (though the weight area was pretty thin, so I’d suggest a local Smart Fit for serious lifting). The check‑in, however, was a nightmare; it took about two hours because the front desk missed my arrival and I could only pay in Colombian cash, forcing me to trek a mile to the nearest bank.
