The front‑desk staff member Antony Ueberlin treated guests with fine courtesy, full empathy, and was very attentive, which pleased me a lot to meet such a kind person. An unexpected staff break left the room unprepared and breakfast lacking on Monday, while it was good on Sunday.

The service, comfort, and the staff’s attitude were excellent, and the hotel’s comfort and treatment were great; the team’s generosity really mattered. The only downside was the negotiation for canceling a mistakenly duplicated reservation.

Breakfast was good and the room was spacious. The pillows were too high and hard, causing neck pain; I asked for a replacement but they had none available. The tap in the sink shut off too quickly, making it uncomfortable to use. Parking spots were scarce and unlabeled—what was marked for three cars only held two.
