“Receptionist gave me the old building room, even though i booked new one. The other day they offered to change the room”

The location was good because of the venue, and there was nothing else to note.

“Séjour plaisant avec quelques petits désagréments.”

The room was clean and comfortable with good bedding, but we were on the 5th floor and the elevator had stopped working. The air‑conditioning in the room didn’t work, it was very hot at night, and the sound insulation needs improvement.

“Was voor de rest top! Super vriendelijk personeel ook! En de ligging was perfect!!”

The room was clean and modern, but unfortunately there was no refrigerator.

“Très bon hôtel à la situation idéale pour loger du côté de la gare de Bruxelles Nord.”

The staff were friendly, the place was quiet and comfortable, and the location near the train station, the tower, and taxis was great.
