The staff were charming and gave us all the information we needed for our stay, and in the morning we could get a coffee from the reception offered by the host. Thank you.

The air conditioning didn't work and the room was full of mosquitoes.

The reception was truly perfect; the staff were very welcoming, ready to help and chat, with no issues on that front. The hotel is fairly well located and easily accessible, and the room is spacious enough. I’m really sorry, but we felt the hotel had been left abandoned for years; the mattress was stained, the bedside lamps were broken, the shower leaked, and there was a strange mark on the walls. Cleaning was also only partial: the shower wasn’t clean, the sheets… I don’t think so either. I also don’t expect precise communication, but I never received a response to my questions. A minimum level of communication would have been appreciated, just to inform us of check‑in procedures so we’d know we’re properly welcomed… sorry for this unflattering review.
