“Lovely hotel with parking on site.”

The hotel itself was lovely and the room was excellent, with high‑standard toiletries and friendly, helpful staff. Parking on site was convenient, though you have to pay a daily fee, and it would have been better if it were included in the room price. The location is a bit too far from Dublin City Centre to walk, and the nightly rate feels high, especially since breakfast isn’t part of the package.

We’ve stayed at many hotels worldwide, but this was our first Hilton experience and it surpassed our expectations. Sabina at the front desk gave us a free room upgrade and decorated our room with balloons and chocolates for my wife’s birthday, going above and beyond to make the stay memorable. The room was fantastic—very clean, comfortable, and with a great view. Breakfast was good, and the pool area was nice and relaxing. The only drawback was the distance from the city centre. I had to check out just after midnight because an emergency forced me to leave. It took nearly 40 minutes to exit the car park because the ticket wasn’t validated, the main exit gate was jammed, and the parking payment machine was out of order.

“Overall, this hotel is definitely not worth the price.”

The hotel’s location is great and both the room and the overall property are clean. The bathroom water was barely warm and the pool was extremely cold. Breakfast was delicious, but the restaurant’s other meals were disappointing. Parking was an extra charge that wasn’t disclosed at booking, and I was billed €15 when €34 was actually deducted from my account.
