The food was really good and the location was great, plus they had beach towels available. The all‑inclusive drinks were only available part of the day, and not everyone drank beer.

The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and responsive, with no complaints. The room had a working air conditioner that was a lifesaver in the heat. The lounge area and bars had a clean pool, and drinks and the bar were available all day without limits. The room’s plumbing was a nightmare: the toilet was broken, water constantly leaked, and the seat ring was torn. The taps were dirty and laced with limescale. Cleaning was daily but very poor, and for the all‑inclusive plan there was no soap or shower gel in the room, nor was drinking water provided. A foul smell came from a sewage pit directly under the window, so the window couldn’t be opened and the outside air was terrible. The food was very bland, with some dishes clearly leftovers from the previous day. There were a lot of cats in the dining area and on the property; they behaved rudely and literally jumped into food plates, which was unhygienic.

The value for money on Rhodes was good, and the hotel delivered solid service that can be recommended as long as you don’t expect extravagant standards. We stayed for a week, and the destination itself also met all our expectations. The only downside was slightly weak Wi‑Fi in the room, which was quickly fixed after we reported it.

The hotel felt genuinely family‑friendly, with no noisy or overly enthusiastic guests that week. The average age was over 50, though there were some young people, and the place remained tidy. The only children we saw were from the family that owns the hotel. The pool area was clean and the sun loungers were nice. We booked a basement room, which was fine—well‑kept and not at all “underground.” However, for 4–5 days we endured the worst sewage smell in the room, which sometimes appeared in the middle of the night after returning from the beach. My neighbor had the same odor. Reception was completely unhelpful and promised to investigate but nothing changed. The drinks were a disaster: if you want a good drink before or after a meal, forget it unless you’re willing to pay. It’s disappointing when you have All‑Inclusive. The wine was unpalatable, the spirits only worked if you wanted to get drunk, and the beer was okay only if you added a lot of ice to keep it cold. The food was nicely arranged, with plenty of fruit, cheeses, Greek salad, and protein options like chicken and beef or meatballs. Yet the food was never truly hot, even though we ate right when the buffet opened at 19:00. The quality was budget‑level, which is expected at a three‑star hotel. We will not book this hotel again.

The location was good and the overall facility was decent, but the dining service was lacking.
