Cambridge Cove at Bermuda Bay by Kees Vacations

“We had an awesome time. We would return in the future”

Our stay at this hotel was truly enjoyable. The cleanliness of the place and the comfort of the beds were standout features. We also appreciated the short drive to the beach and the amazing pool, which was perfect for kids. However, we did encounter a minor issue with the shower drain being clogged and the Keurig not working, but these problems didn't detract from our overall experience.

“The house was well equipped, clean, and nicely decorated. We enjoyed our stay”

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was marred by a lack of communication and follow-through from the property manager. When I requested towels for one of the rooms, I was told that housekeeping would be notified, but we never received them. When I called to follow up, the property manager seemed unbothered by the situation.

“Very disappointed with the house. Will not be staying there again”

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location near the pool was a major plus, but unfortunately, I encountered some unwanted roommates - roaches. Moreover, I found the number of dishes available for my family to be insufficient. Despite these issues, the proximity to the pool was a highlight of my stay.

“Decent spot for a last minute, reasonable stay, but don’t expect any support if you have an issue”

Our family's stay at this hotel was comfortable, and we appreciated the spacious layout, which allowed us to spread out. The pool area was also a hit with the kids. However, we encountered a frustrating issue with the internet not working throughout our stay, which meant we couldn't watch TV in the evenings. Despite contacting the company daily, the problem was never resolved, and a simple instruction card could have likely fixed the issue.

My stay at this hotel was disrupted by a malfunctioning fire alarm in two of the rooms, which started making noise at 2 am. I had to take matters into my own hands and visit a nearby convenience store to get batteries to silence the alarm.
