The spot feels wonderfully isolated, yet it’s only a short drive to the lakes and those charming little historic towns. I really appreciate the privacy—it’s like having my own little retreat without being cut off from everything.

The view from the unit is just spectacular, and the place gives you plenty of privacy while still letting you hop onto the lake with the kayaks provided. The architecture is sleek and feels thoughtfully designed, and the host was genuinely friendly and helpful.
