The location is good and quiet, parking is available, and the food is decent. The room itself was not good, and the bed could only be climbed from one side and the foot end.

There’s a big shower. The room equipment is okay, cleanliness could improve, and it’s unfortunately a bit noisy.

The hotel doesn’t have a particularly nice review – it doesn’t deserve the hotel – it was sparkling, the bathroom, room and surroundings were optimal. There’s a good Indian restaurant in the hotel. The breakfast was “normal”.

The spot right on the pedestrian zone and the park was very nice. For 155 €, a single night was unacceptable. First we were given a room that hadn’t been prepared, and when we complained we were assigned another room that felt more like a youth hostel than a nice hotel for that price. Everything worked out and there was even a balcony, but it was musty and not very pretty.

We really liked the hotel’s location; it’s right next to a park and the city square in Hattersheim. The room was adequately equipped and the mattresses were very comfortable for us. The room included a balcony with seating. However, the balcony façade was defective in many places, which was an unpleasant sight. Overall we were not satisfied with the cleanliness of the room, especially the bathroom. “Cleanliness” is always mentioned in reviews as being poor, but I can’t understand it; the hotel operators should control more and take criticism seriously. Despite this, the stay was still good for us. The friendly staff, the nice location, the good breakfast and the hotel’s Indian restaurant made us overlook the lack of cleanliness. The insufficient cleanliness, especially of the bathroom, was not to our liking. The bathroom always smelled like a drain. The reason is simple: when the sink was installed, the connection was run straight into the wall, there was no bend to keep the drain odor out; apparently the installer lacked expertise. The balcony cladding, which is defective in many places, also did not appeal to us.
