There was no lift, which was a problem especially since we are elderly.

The historic building felt lovely, and the staff were friendly yet efficient. Breakfast was good and everything was spotless. The toilet flush kept stuck and wasted water, but I forgot to mention it because it worked fine the next day.

Our room was delightful, all staff were friendly, and the reception team went above and beyond by personally escorting us to our cottage suite on arrival. There were no dislikes at all.
