Horský hotel Remata

Everything was fine, we were mostly alone because it wasn’t the season, they opened the pool and jacuzzi for us, free drinks, free parking, and it was very pleasant.

The breakfasts and dinners were perfect, and the staff did their job really well. The room was clean, the bathroom was nicely renovated. The outdoor and indoor pool were included in the room price and the location was absolutely ideal. However, the room lacked air conditioning and the bed was very uncomfortable. There was a small kids’ corner, but it would be nice to have a larger one in the big back lounge (there would be space for that 🙂).

The nature, food, and personnel were good. I wanted to have a view of the mountains or a pool, but I only had the parking. The bed was stretched out and it felt like time had stopped in the room.

The staff were friendly, the breakfast was buffet style, the pool was great and the location was very beautiful.

We liked the beautiful, clean, new bathrooms, the half‑board with a very good selection of dishes, and the kind staff. The ground floor, where the children’s playroom and the indoor pool are located, needs renovation. There is no elevator in the hotel, so I cannot imagine a stroller for a small child being able to get there.
