“Great stay and location with lovely hosts”

The hosts were very knowledgeable about the local area, the room was clean with lovely views, and the setting was relaxing. The family‑run restaurant down the road is great, and the supermarket is close, about a 25‑minute drive to Rome. It would be better if there were kitchen access for longer stays so you wouldn’t need to eat out every night, though the nearby restaurant is very reasonable.

“Fantastische locatie!”

Clean, well‑maintained, tidy, and with a fantastic view 😍 The pool is lovely, the bed comfortable, and there’s plenty of space to sit. The staff are friendly. Breakfast is good quality but a bit bland, and the pool is only open at certain times.

“Un havre de paix avec une vue panoramique fantastique”

The place is a haven of peace with a fantastic view of Rome in the distance. We booked two rooms and could use the common living room table to snack together in the evening, which is a real plus because we didn’t have to drive out after a day of sightseeing. We wanted to visit the Tivoli villas (Adriana, d’Este, Gregoriana) and the location was perfect for that. The pool is just perfect. The hosts are very friendly. Just a small note: the first supermarket is 5 km away, so it would be nice to have a shared fridge in the common area to keep a few bottles cold… the ones in the rooms are tiny and reserved for the host’s snacks.

Beautiful accommodation just outside Rome. The owners were incredibly friendly and gave great local tips. The pool was fantastic, the breakfast was personal and well‑prepared, and the room was tidy and spacious, with a stunning view of Rome that completed the experience.

I discovered a tranquil oasis right next to Rome, with a stunning location, a cozy room, and a delightful pool. After a hot, busy day in Rome, cooling off in the pool and enjoying the calm was a treat. The owners were incredibly friendly and offered helpful tips about the area. I’d love to return again.
