Yes. They offered a restaurant service for Carb Loading on Friday before the race, but they forgot the pizza we ordered at 1:10 hrs and told us the pasta was finished at that time and they were delayed. How can they offer that service and not have food? The pasta took 1:20 hrs and they said they would offer dessert bread for the inconvenience, but in the end they didn’t. We had a 20% coupon that they didn’t know how to charge, and we waited another 10 min just for the person to charge us. Pessimo service! That’s why I rate the staff like this.

“De ahí en más todo bien”

Everything looked lovely. The large cabin, which is supposed to accommodate 12 guests with four rooms (three double rooms and one six‑person room with bunk beds and a ceiling fan that can blow onto the upper bunk), turned out to be problematic: the fan could disturb those sleeping above, and accessing the lower bunk was difficult for older guests like us, so we had to book an extra bungalow because we couldn’t use the bunk beds safely, making that room feel quite unsanitary for six people. This is the first time in years that I’ve reported an issue through a booking platform. A friend mistakenly brought a corkscrew, but the staff noticed and replaced it.

“Excelente ubicación y atencion”

I loved it, everything was clean, organized, the staff was 10/10 in service, we’ll definitely come back. The only downside was the attraction schedules.

The location was good, but the hot water lasted very little and there weren’t enough blankets in the rooms.
