“Very clean. Nice staff. Too expensive for what you get compared to other hotels for the same price.”
I loved the cute decor and the amenity bar stocked with coffee and snacks, but the room and bathroom were just too small.

No breakfast was offered, yet the all‑day snack bar was a pleasant surprise; the reception area had a comfy spot to work or chat, and the hotel sits right in front of a Wholefoods and near restaurants, with easy access to the main highways. The room itself was clean and comfortable, though one evening I returned to find a strong marijuana odor—apparently the room hadn’t been cleaned and the smell seemed to come from a neighboring room. There’s no elevator, which wasn’t a huge issue for us, but if you’re lugging heavy luggage, using a stroller, or have mobility concerns, it could be a hassle.

Was close to the highway and was central to the sights we were interested in. First night was good. Came back from a day out and our room was infested with ants. It was very late and when we went to the front desk there was no one there. Called the number on the desk to get help. It took us 1 hour for someone to pick up the phone. It took him around 15-20 minutes to get there. When he came to our room he reeked of marijuana it was sickening. He found us another room (ant free). Then I had to run out to the car to get something, now mind you we had been in and out of the hotel 6-8 times in a 2 night stay. But this time when I tried to get in my key wouldn’t work. I hadn’t taken my phone with me so I had no way to call my husband and tell him I’m stuck outside. After a short time he realized I had been gone longer than I should. He came looking for me, we then tried to get in. And guess what neither one of our cards worked. Now mind you it’s 1:30am and now we are walking around the building trying our cards in all of the stores. We finally found a door that would let us in, but we get to our room and the key doesn’t work. Thank God I wear a smart watch cause I had to call the guy back and have him let us in

Finding the hotel was easy, even for a first‑time visitor to Rochester, and the staff were super friendly and helpful; the place was clean. The downside was that the bathroom in my room was very small—usable and clean, but cramped.

Almost everything was great, but the door was incredibly hard to open and close, there was zero space around the sink, and there was a lot of commotion in the hallway.
