We just wanted to thank you again for staying at your hotel. Everyone, especially the front‑desk staff Richard, was warm and excellent. I recommend Leonardo in Haifa to anyone who wants a relaxed stay and perfect service.

The location is close to the sea, the room is comfortable and the breakfast is good. The room wasn’t clean enough; there were items under the bed that weren’t ours and weren’t cleaned. The sea view is amazing but the windows were dirty.

The location, view, and bed were great, but I ran into a pricing dispute and the front desk staff was rude and unprofessional when I called.
