There was no breakfast, and I was charged twice for my stay and would like a refund.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel, thanks to Jerry, who went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. He was incredibly friendly and made the check-in and check-out process a breeze. His warm hospitality really made a difference in my overall experience. I'm so grateful for his kindness.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was marred by the constant noise from a nearby train that passed by every 15 minutes, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. To make matters worse, the hotel itself seemed quite outdated and in need of renovation. Overall, it was a disappointing experience that didn't quite live up to my expectations.
