A lovely place with a strong sense of history, the breakfast was excellent with eggs from local chickens and a great variety of food; the walks to Castillana were great exercise; the hosts were lovely and let us stay on the property until the afternoon of our departure day. Mosquito nets need repair—easily fixed—and Fabiola kindly gave us a spray when we mentioned it.

The views were spectacularly breathtaking, the farm‑stay philosophy felt truly authentic, and Fabiola and GianCorado were the most friendly, welcoming hosts; the breakfasts and dinners were simple yet nourishing and delicious—thanks for a wonderful, memorable stay! Absolutely nothing to complain about; it was heaven.

The rural setting is incredible, perfect for unplugging, walking in nature, and spotting animals; both dinner and breakfast were absolutely exceptional. The beds weren’t the most comfortable, and because of the rural location a number of flies and mosquitoes found their way into our room.

The staff were very friendly, dinner prices were reasonable, and the quality of the food was excellent; I enjoyed the dinner overlooking the Madonie and the pool bath after a day of trekking. We also brought our little dog without any problems and were warmly welcomed, so I highly recommend it.

A unique property in an amazing spot, tucked in the middle of nowhere among rolling hills; the place itself is steeped in history and the best part is the early mornings when the sunrise paints the hills and only birdsong fills the silence—truly magical. Dinner and breakfast are simple yet delicious local fare, mostly made from their own ingredients and pasta, paired with their wine. I was pleasantly surprised by how warm the rooms are, considering the building is so old. The staff were lovely, and I hope to return. An extra pillow would have been nice, but otherwise no complaints.
