Nothing was clean at all, and the power supply was poor; in the hot weather the air conditioner was missing and they still charged the full amount.

The staff behaved in a very unprofessional manner, lacking any sense of hospitality; even the manager seemed poorly trained. I wouldn’t recommend this place for families or events. The experience was bad, and staff repeatedly entered my room, causing a disturbance.

“Over All very happy with the stay and I will consider for next time.”

The staff were very friendly and food orders were delivered quickly, the taste was good and the facilities overall were excellent. They even provided an iron box in the room, something you don’t see in many hotels. On the downside, there’s a bar attached that might make some guests uncomfortable, and the property sits on a main road where traffic flow makes it hard to exit your vehicle, though security helps out.

It’s a bit far from Trissur, but at least we managed to secure a reservation. The only drawback is that complimentary breakfast could be included in this price.
