Marvella, Hamisi, and their team are the best! They took great care of us as usual. It was so nice to arrive late after a two‑day overseas trip to a clean and cool room with a nice hot shower.

The airport pick‑up was efficient and the hotel is close to the airport. The pillows were hard like rocks. I ordered roasted chicken but received chicken curry; the “chicken” was mostly bones and I wonder who got my chicken… not acceptable for the price.

The airport shuttle was a real convenience, though the room felt cramped—just an overnight so it didn't matter much. I hate the wet bathroom where the floor and toilet stay damp after a shower, but I know that's common in Tanzania and might be a cultural norm.

The location is 5 minutes from the airport, the shuttle is free, the staff greet you warmly, the room is spacious and clean, and breakfast is good. There was no hot water or it took too long to arrive, but that didn’t bother me much given the heat in Tanzania.
