“Excelente estancia”
The room and service at the bar, restaurant, and buffet were good. The daytime entertainment left a lot to be desired.

The complex is large, clean, and well maintained, and the staff are genuinely friendly, smiling, and helpful, which is very appreciated. There are also activities and entertainment, mostly in English, which makes sense given the high number of English‑speaking tourists. The airport’s proximity is another plus, especially when traveling with young children. The room layout worried us a lot with our two little ones. Inside the room there are 3 steps between the different areas. With a one‑year‑old who just started walking, this setup is frankly dangerous and requires constant supervision. Just 3 minutes after arrival, our one‑year‑old fell down the stairs and hurt his mouth, bleeding. It surprised us, and despite our vigilance, the accident happened very quickly. This immediately made us aware of the lack of family‑friendly design in such rooms. We find it especially regrettable since the hotel hosts many families with toddlers. In our view, it would be sensible to offer rooms without interior steps to families with babies. Dining was the major downside. The hotel offers all‑inclusive, so we expected decent food. Unfortunately, the meals were very disappointing: many frozen items, little flavor, bland dishes, and a selection that did not convince us. For an all‑inclusive stay, this is clearly an area that needs improvement. Location-wise, the hotel sits in a small, mainly tourist area surrounded by other hotels and a few restaurants. There is very little local life or shops within walking distance. To reach Las Palmas, Maspalomas, or other parts of the island, you almost always need a bus or car. Personally, I found the location quite isolated and inconvenient for exploring the island. The “resort” vibe is strong: if you’re looking for a stay where you mostly stay at the hotel, with pool, entertainment, and all‑inclusive, it might suit you.

The hotel staff were kind, attentive, and close to everyone – reception, cleaning, maintenance, the pool team, and especially the restaurant buffet crew. They’re a great team. The hotel is aimed at English‑speaking tourists, so almost everything is in English. This excludes the expectations you have when choosing a family‑friendly complex with family‑oriented activities; you can’t enjoy or use certain services if you don’t speak the language (e.g., pool activities, nighttime shows for kids, Kids Club – when I asked the monitors, they didn’t speak any Spanish, etc.).
