Nestled beside a Mediterranean park, Suncana Apartments Dubrovnik sits directly opposite Banje Beach, offering en‑suite rooms and apartments with free Wi‑Fi. Light, airy décor, wooden floors, tiled bathrooms, and sea or park views define the space, while select units feature balconies overlooking Old Town. A grocery store lies 100 m away, and the historic Old Town is 350 m distant.

The bus stop for the airport shuttle was relatively close, there was a supermarket nearby, the beach was close, the room had a convenient fridge, and check‑in time was flexible. The hair dryer was weak and tended to overheat and shut down temporarily, and the bathroom door was a bit jammed.

The location was good, but the stairs were a problem.

The place was well situated near the old town, but, as expected in Dubrovnik, moving around with luggage was difficult. For a trip along the Adriatic coast, the apartment met expectations given the destination’s popularity; it was very close to Banje beach. We only planned a one‑night stopover, so it was fine for us, but longer‑term guests should know that the photos on the site make the space look larger.

The location is great with views of the old town from the window, the room is a good size, clean, and comfortable, and it has a small fridge and kettle. Nothing to complain about.
