Very good. The room is small, but the other facilities and location are excellent.

The staff were very friendly! Breakfast was good. The room was exactly what we needed after our Nakasendo hike. The beds were great. The shower was nice. The location was close to the station, which was convenient. Completely satisfied! It was a bit odd having to take off shoes at the front of the hotel, but otherwise no comments.

It was brandschoon, modern (recently renovated) and you can't walk in with shoes. There are lockers for your shoes outside. The room is small but I slept very well. The sliding door between the sleeping area and the hallway made it completely zen for me. Fantastic! The breakfast, but that’s logical: it’s fully focused on Japanese standards: rice, fish, soup. The bread and yogurt section is quite limited. It would have been nice to have bread spreads like cheese or ham, but that’s just my perspective.
