The whirlpool and the size of the pool are nice. The pool, however, lacks relaxation jets and the water feels a bit cool.
“Uitstekend”
Everything was great: the staff were friendly and helpful, the food was tasty with a variety of menus, the room was large and clean, the location was excellent, traveling with a guide dog was no problem and the dog was welcomed everywhere. In short, my dog and I had an outstanding holiday and stay.

The staff were super friendly. The breakfast buffet was very tasty. The wellness area was very pleasant. The parking is right in front of the door.

The pool, the terrace, and the morning buffet are decent. The room was not air‑conditioned. Dogs were allowed, but the originally booked room was deemed unsuitable by the hotel because of the dog, so a new date had to be booked with a 24‑hour shift, which was accepted. We had booked a kitchenette room, but the one offered on arrival had no kitchenette. A kitchenette room was offered but was not ready because cleaning had not been done. We stayed in a room without a kitchenette. The staff were friendly but under‑trained for guests, e.g. the table service was very basic. There was no menu in French or English. This is too minimal for a 4‑star hotel. We stayed a week on half‑board; the evening meals were mediocre, and the extra charge for a small dog was high, so the value for money was rather unfavorable.
The swimming pool with jacuzzi after the gym and sauna was totally impressive. The surroundings are beautiful with many hiking trails. The only downside is that the wellness area closes at 21:00.
