I was left in the lurch at Pensacola Airport when I arrived in the evening, with no one available to pick me up, forcing me to pay for transport to the hotel myself—a huge let‑down after paying over $150 for a night, especially since I chose the hotel for its supposedly convenient airport location.

It was my first stay at a Staybridge, and the place was nice and clean; nothing luxurious, but it met all my needs, especially the well‑equipped kitchen and the normal‑size fridge, making it perfect for family road‑trip travel.
