“Great location”

The staff were friendly, the lounge was clean, comfy, and sociable, and the location was good for buses to the mountains and restaurants. The old‑style ski lodge is a pretty cool building, and the shower was hot and powerful. We stayed at the end of February and didn’t see any stink bugs at all during our stay. The beds were soft and you could feel the springs. We were assigned a room right next to the dining table, so we were awake at night when guests were in the lounge and again in the morning when staff started making breakfast. There was a lot of light and drafts from the large windows because the curtains didn’t fit properly.

“Great location, great guests to interact with, and good value.”

Nice location with a good breakfast. The other guests are friendly and it’s easy to get around to other areas of town that you might want to visit. Overall, a great spot with good value. The rooms were a bit old, but not lacking in any way. It was a classic old‑timey ski lodge, which I think added to the charm; some people might feel otherwise. However, the two twin beds we got were completely adjoined, so it wasn’t really like having separate beds.

“Central in Echoland”

The staff were friendly and nice. The lounge area was good for meeting people. There was no washing machine and no clothes dryer, which is not good for people like us who stay more than a few days.

“Great staff. Very friendly”

Great staff, clean, close to amenities. Could have a washing machine and dryer for guests. A jam for breakfast and all‑day coffee would be a bonus.
