Everything looked beautiful and the staff were very friendly. I’m upset about being charged an extra fee for a pet I don’t have and never brought; I’ve tried contacting them countless times and they keep blaming Booking, while the hotel says it was their deduction. It’s been almost a month with no resolution, and I need help to fix this problem now.

The breakfast was good and the hotel was pretty clean except for a stain on the sheets. The staff didn’t smile much when we arrived or when we left.

Very very dangerous getting into the parking lot if you’re not coming directly off of the NJ Turnpike ramps.
