“The day before we were to set off they cancelled our stay for our son’s birthday no official reason was given.”
The trip was cancelled, so I never got to experience it. The only downside was the lack of communication.
The location was good. The carpet was dirty and had an unpleasant smell. We had to pay for gas, and electricity was billed by meter. The deposit has not yet been returned.
“Overall not a bad stay”
This place had its perks - the location was lovely and quiet, and the price was reasonable for the time of year. The room was clean and tidy, making it a decent base for exploring. However, I wasn't prepared for the deposit, which wasn't mentioned beforehand, and the road leading to the place had some nasty potholes.
Everything was lovely and made for a wonderful break. The man who greeted me first was very grumpy; perhaps he should stay behind the counter and not greet guests.
